• TERMS OF SERVICE

NJ Poop Authority is an independently owned and operated business that provides pet waste clean up and removal services to residences. You agree to these terms of service that govern the sales and services provided by us. By accepting the services you hire us for, you are bound to these terms. 

The customer understands our ability to provide the services can be dependent on weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard which is your own responsibility and other unknown outside influences.

• PET WASTE CLEAN UP AND REMOVAL SERVICE

NJ Poop Authority offers residential pet waste clean up and removal services. These services include One Time Clean, Weekly Cleaning, Twice A Week Cleaning, Biweekly Cleaning and Monthly Cleaning. All pricing is based on an area of 1/3 of an acre. Larger areas will have an additional charge. ​

 

• ACCESSING YOUR YARD

The customer understands that if NJ Poop Authority cannot access the area needing cleaning due to locked/ blocked/frozen gates or dogs in the yard; the service will be skipped and 50% of the charges will still apply. Please provide updated lock code or combination information or keys needed.

• WEATHER

NJ Poop Authority will work through the rain and cold as long as we can SAFELY do so. The customer understands that. we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, flooding, or accumulation of snow. In the event that your service is cancelled due to weather, your service will still be charged as we still have to clean accumulated poop on the following scheduled date of service.  Additionally, if your property is very muddy, we may skip and wait until your next service date once the property has dried out. ​

• HOLIDAYS

NJ Poop Authority does not provide services on the following holidays, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. If your service falls on one of these days, service will be continued the following week. Services that fall on holidays will still be charged because the accumulated poop will still need to be picked up on the next date of service. ​

• BILLING

NJ Poop Authority pre bills weekly. If your payment is declined, or unpaid, service will discontinue immediately until the issue is resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since your last service, a First Time Clean Up fee of $40 will apply. If service does not resume after 30 days, you will be removed from the schedule. Unpaid balances over 30 days will be turned over to collections. ​

• LEAVES, TALL GRASS AND DEBRIS

We will always do our best to clean your yard the best we can. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we arrive, there may be some poop that is missed. We will be back for missed poop on your next service date after yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive amount missed, let us know as soon as possible. ​

• ADDITIONAL FEES

First Time Clean Up $40​

Delayed Start (If you make us wait to start cleaning) $5

• PRIVACY POLICY

We may collect personal information from you on our Sites or through any other digital
or personal communication with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided
by you and may include information such as your name, email address, phone number,
and physical address. Our Sites may collect general information about the service you 
are requesting such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and
 number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior.
We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use
personal information about our users for a variety of purposes related to our business,
your information is for NJ Poop Authority's use only. We will never sell your 
information or send it to third parties.
We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for
purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending 
information to you, data tracking, maintenance or development of our system. We may 
also share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in
response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to 
establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise
 required by law.​

• REVISIONS

NJ Poop Authority provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms,
 which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be 
effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. We recommend you
 visit the Sites to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our
 services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the
provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or
 notices published elsewhere on our site.​
